to confirm as 123456& said, you CAN'T crossflash vs740(verizon) to AS740(generic/brightpoint) it comes in different hardware platform, the only model you can flash is US740(UScellular) to generic, once you tried to force flash the vs740 to as740 you come up with brick phone, its hard to recover once the generic bootloader is on the phone,i bricked 3 of these so think and read first before you try any thing, goodluck,

let me ask you a question jigabu can you flash vs740 to us740 then to as740?

You can't do that because the hardware on vs740 is not the same as US740 or AS740.
US740 and As740 are the same..that can be crossflashed.

AS740 won't work for VS740...Don't use it, they are not compatible.
