Sprint Palm Pre nightmare

I just got a customer in that had his Palm Pre flashed somewhere else and it is stuck on the activation screen.

I have never dealt with Palm's at all because I don't like them. I have been doing a little bit of research and found a few methods that might work. However, I can't locate the drivers for this dang thing.

Does anyone have the drivers for the Palm Pre? I would really appreciate it.
