I know this is an old thread but Im DESPERATE! I have a Casio Brigade C741, I've downloaded and installed the driver and CHMC PST 1.2.0. I click the PST and nothing....it stays blank. I've changed the com port in PST to the only one it allows and still NOTHING. Is there something else I need to download or do to my phone to get this software to recognize my phone? Any help is appreciated.

does your pc install the phone and assign it a port? check in device manager under ports. it sounds like you have and i am not trying to be redundant just checking trying to help you.

No redundancy will probably find me being the culprit somehow. Anyway, the port says: CASIO C741 USB Virtual Serial Port (COM 9). Still no connection.

DLL is needed for the phone that is why it is not connecting

ok here is what to do,first of all i see you are kinda posting all over looking for answers so first start a thread that will have the correct title ,make it say what you are needing help with.this will give you the exposure to the gurus that you need to get the help you require, also doing this here is thread hijacking and sooner or later a mod will come along and give a warning to stop hijacking. so start a thread and i and about 10 thousand others will see it and try to give the help you need.like i said here hidden in the phone guys thread no one is seeing it.
