Photographer captures haunting abandoned places of worship in Europe

James Kerwin’s journey took-him from small chapels in Wales to stunning monasteries in Italy, as well as relics in-Spain, Belgium and France. The photographer, from Norwich, England,-said he is fascinated by the craftsmanship and hard work that went into building such important places of worship, and through his images he likes to show their depth and grandeur.
