Samsung Sprint M800b

Please help me!
I have Samsung Instinct M800B,I flash him with SPH-M800_BF30 bin
and now the displey work not,touch scrin work bad
How can I flash your own firmware,were can I download bin;dll for M800B

not sure what the b is,but m-800 to flash is just write the .prl and sid/nid and the rest is done on the device.no need to use a bin file.but again i am not sure what the b is on m-800b
