HTC Droid Incredible fulll flash to metro pcs help

Ok so i'm pretty new to this android flash thing, i got my first android flashed to metro pcs by my local flashing service guy, now i'm upgrading from a motorola droid to the htc incredible, the thing is, i don't want to pay $100 bucks to get it flashed again, i don't have the money, i'm sure i can do it myself, but i've looked everywhere for a full step by step tutorial on how to flash/root the incredible with talk, text, full web, apps, and mms, please help or point me in the right direction :D , thanks
