LG Rumor 1 No web? mms is good

I used amo's guide from hofo that used to posted there, not sure if it is anymore.

I've done say 20 or so of these, but recently haven't been able to get web on some.
I did the steps as usual, starts up with cricket and all, but web just will not connect

Troubleshooting I've done:
Tried working mdn/min combos that have web working (mine)
checked cdmaworkshop to see if settings were correct (did notice when i read from it that it only showed the first two users only)
have had the user get web reprovisioned and refreshed

hmm... i wonder if your file is somehow corrupt? i am on the way home but i can put it back up in a bit if you need.but its wierd that it would finish and boot ok if it were corrupt.

go to MENU>ZERO>000000> go to the proxy settings and replace the 0.0.0.0 with wap.mycrcket.com on both primary and secondary and you should be good
