Have to restart computer to get Desktop Mgr to connect?

I run Win 7 computer and lately I have to restart my computer each time I change the BB I'm connecting to in order to get it to recognize the new phone.

Any ideas what's doing that? Any solution besides uninstall/reinstall?

has it not always been like that on that machine or did you just install dsktp mgr? and are you running 64 or 86 bit installation?


here is older version of it,it is 4.7 sometimes using a different version will help also.
