Blackberry Storm 9530 Flashing issue, Can talk and receive texts but can not send SMS

I flashed my Blackberry 9530 to Cricket and activated the phone on my account, I can Talk, Receive TEXT but can not sent them, any one have any ideas what may be causing this problem?

most likely your acct. if you have access to someone who can get on ho have them provision it for you and it will work after a soft reset (battery pull) or if you cant pm me with your phone number and i will do it for ya.

If you are getting this message "We are sorry,your phone is not authorized for use at this time" that is a problem in the Call features in your account or you might double check MIN,MDN and ESN are correct....but if you are getting this message "To make a Collect call...." that is probably your PRL or your SID....and if you are getting a "Busy Tone" when you are trying to make a call,that is in the phone settings.... I hope that helps. :)

Thanks for your reply, I can make calls, no problem, I can receive texts no problem, but I simply can not send texts, when i attempt to send a text I get an error "Retries Exceeded"

The red X shows right away or how long it takes to give you that error?

Id say takes 10-15 sec, it looks like it keeps wanting to deliver but doesnt.

1. From the Home screen on the handheld, go to Options –> SMS.
2. Scroll down to Network To Send Over and click the trackwheel. Select Change Option –> GPRS.

This is not an option in the Operating System for the BBerry Storm 9530

Got it fixed, its working guys thanks a lot, last minute too as I am heading out of town!
