PRL read error

Hi guys,

I've been trying to flash the UX700 with LGNPST and it kept giving me this error. Below is error log excerpt:

Can anyone give some pointer on this?

Also: I did check the generic DLL requirement with the appropriate software; got the right dll (well, so it said it was, I don't know :P).

ALSO: I get "can't read phonesetting.ocx" as well in other parts of the program. Can it be related?
