Lg Bliss File System

Can anyone give me instructions on how to access the file system of an LG Bliss UX700.
the carrier is Virgin mobile. sorry this may be a dumb question, but i am just learning!

Use bitpim connect your phone click view filesystem then lick the + next to file system it will populate and there you go
