I need advise for my BB loader occur some error and i dont know why...im just a newbie flashing BBs. Please help me

It says 'Unable to complete the loading operation"

Are you getting a error code ?

Have you tried using BlackBerry Desktop Manager instead of Loader?

Where were you loading it from the website itself? or just using the blackberry app loader?
Also if you will please note the error number you received.
Did it abort the O/s upgrade while loading or give you the error after it was finished?
