Samsung won’t be counting on the Galaxy Note 7 (http://www.greenbot.com/article/3107986/android/samsung-galaxy-note-7-review-a-pricey-phablet-made-for-power-users.html) to boost its popularity anytime soon. The company confirmed on Thursday that it halted shipments of the Galaxy Note 7 to three South Korean carriers, according to Reuters (http://www.reuters.com/article/us-samsung-elec-smartphones-idUSKCN1161BL). The news comes on the heels of a report by-South Korean News agency Yonhap (http://english.yonhapnews.co.kr/search1/2603000000.html?cid=AEN20160831012100320)-about five claims of the devices “exploding” during charging, from all around the globe.
