Newbie needs help flashing a Samsung r311 to Cricket from US Cellular Please.

I am a newbie and am trying to flash a R311(US Cellular) to Cricket. Unicdma keeps tellin me the phone is not connected. Any help would be appreciated in solving this problem. Thank you

Here is an easy way to partially flash (Talk and Text) the R311 to Cricket :
Make sure to download Samsung Drivers for your phone...Get Cdma Workshop 2.7 (Cracked Version)...connect the phone...look for your Com Port....Read your phone...go to Security Tab and sen the 16 digit Password for the R311(2007111420080131)...then send SPC you just got...Change it to 000000...hit write...then go to the OTHER tab...and write your PRL...close CDMA Workshop and let the phone reboot.... ENJOY :)

Thanks. Also, my major obstacle is that CDMA Workshop 2.7 is saying that my phone isnt answering. I've tried to switch it into DM mode manually (it says DM on Uart orHFK on Uart) but I don't think either of these are working. What should I do? Thank ALOT for your help!

Reboot System and Reboot phone...sometimes if you plug and unplug a few times it fix the problem....
