My Nokia 7705 Twist (Verizon not activated phone) freezes during boot up. I can't find out how to do a hard reset. If there is no way to do it I assume a repair shop would flash it / reinstall the software. Anyway I could do this myself (even though I'm a total newb) or find someone online to help ... or must I send somewhere and pay for a repair and just hope it never freezes again?
