This guide will work with Moto Q, Q9C, from Sprint. The guide will help you reset the SPC to '000000'. With this you can now do talk, text, and web without putting a Verizon Monster on it. If you want MMS on the Q then you need the Verizon Monster.

Up to now I haven't found an easier way of getting SPC without paying for it.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

What you need:
RadioComm 11.3.2 It can be found on this forum. Search for it.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Connect your Q and let Active Sync connect to it.

[Only registered and activated users can see links]

1. Open RadioComm and go to Main->MA->CDMA1X-> MSM 6x50 chipset.

2. Click on the p2k-1 tab and change the entries to reflect the ones on the screenshot. (Red circle on screenshot)

NOTE: If your phone is not showing up as CONNECTED, go under Settings->USB->M-Link USB Driver.

3. Once all the values are typed like shown on the screenshot above, press the RDELEM button to read. (Blue Circle on screenshot)

4. You will get either a number like this: 3000300000003000000000000000 (28 digits) or different combination of a 28 digit number. If so change it to read like this:
3000300030003000300030000000 and press STELEM to write. (Green Circle on screenshot)

5. After this your Q is now ready to load PRL through RSD General.

Follow the Moto Q guide now to get web working (delete-n-set)

Looks like a seem edit and 16 bit unicode for 000000... 000000 = 30 30 30 30 30 30 = 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00 30 00

Thanks for the info!
