Audiovox PCX-1100XL with LOCKED keypad! HELP!!!!! Please, I'm a newbie here!

Well, I have an Audiovox PCX-1100XL that I recently purchased on eBay (almost given to me) which has a LOCKED keypad. I know how to use an older BlackBerry which requires a password, but I can NOT figure this one out. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Yeah,... connect it to a computer and see if you can request nv item 82 if you are talking about a user lock. If you mean the keypad is locked, i.e. to prevent you from pressing any buttons, then check out the user manual online... probably just need to hold down * or something.
