Here is the zipfile you can load through the app loader.

Hang in there for a few minutes and ill write up a tutorial for installation as well as posting an OTA link.

Here is the link for the install. I wouldve typed it up but the screenshots make it much easier. Ive also included a link for all of the incoming and outgoing server addresses to the separate email accounts plus the port settings.
