flash samsung seek to metro pcs

It sounds like it takes a lot to get the spc code, a guide would really help though. I saw another post requesting a bin for this phone, do I need that? I have a prl for metro pcs and cdma workshop. what else do I need and how do I go about flashing this phone?

talk, text, web on the seek. Just use CDMA WS and the default 16 digi to unlock it and change it to 0's and put the PRL on it. use Samsung PST to change wap or manually proggie it for wap.

If you have the CDMA Workshop you should see "Samsung Default" as one of the choices. Nerd is saying to use that. It will unlock the phone and allow you to change the SPC to 000000.

I got a previously flashed samsung seek on MetroPCS. Here's what the CSR walked me through:

- Dial # # 0 0 0 0 0 0 # (that's 6 zeroes). You should see SVC MENU
- Select EDIT
- Type in your phone number, then press ENTER (or done?)
- Type in the MSID (mine was different than the phone number) and press ENTER / DONE or press back arrow.
- Hit Done/Enter and I believe the phone will reboot.

I may not have the steps exactly correct, but you will need to get into the SVC menu and enter both numbers!
