Nvidia hasn't said exactly when the upgrade will be available, but released a-video yesterday outlining the new features. This should make full use of the Shield's Tegra X1 processor (after all, the device is supposed to be about gaming as well as watching TV), but it seems Shield owners are still waiting on those other ports shown off at the device's-unveiling,-including Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
