Do these service books include more features other than internet and picture messaging?

No they are just WAP/MMS. There are third party apps for email(which doesnt function with 5.0 software yet i think) and gps which doesnt always work.

I tried to load the metro pcs sb,but it looks as if i have the same sb as before.i have bb 5.0 should i try to downgrade to a lower version,and if so how do i erase the current os.

Just use the Crackutil to remove the IT Policy. If you have one, it will be gone. That's really all I do.

I was once knew to the world of flashing too. We all were at one point. However, Google has been around for a very long time and when I google "crackutil" I get all the answers I need including how to download it for free. Here is the link:

quicklearn- as a few posts said before google something before asking this question, I'm sure theres a wiki that gives an exact definition. if you're going to start flashing you're going to have to spend time reading first
