Rumors are slowly gathering the Note 5 may finally arrive in the U.K. and Europe, and we’ve gathered them all here. Updated on 12-04-2015 by Andy Boxall: Added in further rumors the Note 5 is about to launch internationally At the beginning of December, two reports claimed Samsung is preparing to launch the Galaxy Note 5 in the U.K. and in Europe. According to Gadgette’s source sales will begin towards the end of January in the UK, while Android Central quotes another anonymous source that says Europe will see the Note 5 in early 2016. This may indicate a staggered release, although this strategy seems unnecessary for an established model. Related: Read our Galaxy Note 5 review If the Note 5 really is set for a January release, it’ll be six months after the phone was announced in the U.S., and while it’s hardly ancient it’ll definitely no longer be the very latest model on sale. It may also come just a few months before Samsung reveals its next Galaxy S flagship phone, which we currently know as the Galaxy S7. Neither report comes from an official source, so it’s still not certain Samsung’s planning an international release for the phone. Before this, and echoing the most recent rumors,-reports out of Romania that-quoted a-Samsung Romania exec also said the-plan is to stock the Galaxy Note 5 in Europe by January 2016. The source did not say if the Galaxy Note 5 would come with any changes internally, to make it more appealing to customers who waited months for its arrival. Most tech pundits agree that a Galaxy Note 5 release in Europe makes sense. After all, it does seem silly to keep the Galaxy Note 5 away from people who want to buy it.-Samsung’s original plan was to only sell the Galaxy S6 Edge Plus-in Europe, based on the reasoning that the dual-edged phablet would be more appealing to Europeans than the Note 5. The S6 Edge Plus comes with almost the same specs as the Note 5, but features the screen edge found on the Galaxy S6 Edge-and lacks the S Pen. We’ll keep you updated on the status on Samsung’s Galaxy Note 5 plans for Europe here.
