The fish-related name is similar to the codenames of previous Android Wear watches. The report says that the One Watch will come equipped with a circular display and 360 x 360 pixel resolution. We don’t know much else about the One Watch at the present time. Earlier comments suggest a well designed, energy efficient smartwatch Last year, we heard plenty of rumors about the One Watch. CNET published an article citing insider sources, claiming the watch will launch in early 2015. That didn’t happen, even though HTC chairwoman (and now CEO) Cher Wang confirmed with CNET that it would be available before Christmas. In the same report, we heard that the smartwatch would connect to phones through Bluetooth, that HTC would focus on battery efficiency, and that it would be “the best-looking” smartwatch on the market. We don’t know if the device Wang was referring to last year is the same one that is rumored today. Originally one of the top Android manufacturers, it now controls a tiny fraction of the overall sales.
