You can set this goal by way of the free Withings Health Mate application, which you can download from both the iOS and Android app stores (and by the way, the app was named one of Apple’s Best Apps of 2014). And because the Steel intuitively knows when you’re doing different activities, distinguishing easily between your leisurely stroll, your jog, and your swim, you can stay up to date on all fitness progress. Better still, Withings notes that the Steel automatically transitions into sleep monitoring mode at night.
