i465 FLASHstrap?

Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes. My phone won't turn on or charge and all I get is this white screen with the following...

FLASHstrap
FSA4v00.20 HAB PRD
WS512- ROMD

Signature bad
Unable to Flash
Low Battery

Vid7-Vid1 :

3434 3730 4444

I am at a loss here. I have no idea what any of that means. The phone is not even a month old and I can't get a live person at Boost Customer Care to even answer a call...all automated, and Sprint (which is where I bought the phone) keeps transferring me to the Boost # when I call for assistance. Any advice here is greatly appreciated. And if this is the wrong Forum for this question then I do apologize.

Moved to Iden forums.
If it is less than a month, have you tried going to a Sprint or Boost retail store? or where you bought it. I haven't dealt with Idens for a while, but when I did they ALWAYS broke down and I'd just walk into a Sprint store and they'd replace or repair it and some were even Boost branded.

First you should call Boost mobile and then motorola becouse latelly motorola is playing this game tha your phone has only 90 day of warranty when all motorola phones got 1 year.

Got the same problem i tryed to unlock the phone, then it don't turn on, don't charge!!!

If I connect it in a pc without drivers, it don't turn off and seems to be charging but it's not, i left there for hours and the bars of the batterry was still the same, but if the pc has the drivers it starts showing i465 , then , carging, then, black screen :(

And I CAN'T put it in flshstrap mode i used the 2 methods 1- ( * + # ) , 2 - two soft keys under screen ( - + - ) . It just flashes the white screen with the flashstrap mode but desapears if I release the keys.

Someone help me, it's my girl's phone!!!!!
