AX840 Refurbish problem

Helo everyone.
I'm having a problem with this model AX840.
every time i try to refurbish this phone i get an error it says.
Process: Refurbish
Task : Writting NV
Cause :
port component
Returning unknown error code

Does anyone knows what i need to fix this problem?
