lol just be patient i found out that this is not correct and
I will be posting a solution soon on it and it is very simple.

i read on hofo that flashing an RUU with HBOOT that is .79 will allow you to get adb working way faster in recovery

hasnt worked yet.
i keep getting adb errors.
like didn't ACK
or no protocol (same errors i got before RUU update)
i've updated my sdk. and i got the sdk-tools that someone posted that adb.exe never worked for me.
i'm thinking maybe i should try it on another computer.

*edit*
also get this right when i boot to recovery:

**deamon still not runningerror: cannot connect to daemon
