1.turn off phone

2. connect usb to phone

3. hold volume up on phone

3.click on palm rom to open

4. now connect usb to pc

5. drivers will install can take up to 10 minutes

6. click next now rom will burn

7. phones done now wait for phone to turn on

8 .hit dev,mode icon turn on then reset

9 .now flash this will only get you voice and text

If by msm you mean MMS, I would suggest contacting cricket. It sounds like a account issue, not very likely a phone issue. At least I've never seen a phone that was that selective, but I have seen accounts that won't send MMS or txt to Tmobile and AT&T and sometime Sprint MVNO's.

Aren't they in post 1? It looks like a good start to flash the ROM. Step 9 really is just that "now flash this will only get you voice and text" As it states step nine flash the ROM and you'll have talk and text.

So correct me if I am wrong: This should allow you to install the rom (Cricket) on a VZW Pixi Plus, but a lot of people are getting "Devie not support" is there a known work around? Is there a OS version you should be installing from (I am trying them all right now...) or has anyone who has had this problem been able to figure out why they are having this problem? I for one am confused, and I see that a lot of other people are too, and I also see that no one has given them support?
