Can anyone point me in the right direction so i can get my bb's wap/mms working?

hmmm that might be tough with the service books. What is the original carrier on the BB? and ##000000 for manual programming.

some times u need to downgrade the phone to get the service book on the phone

well if its metro u need a metro bb to pull SB off of u can also try to go to host routing table and hit register now

So ive followed this tutorial i got and have been able to load the service books as well as get into the nam settings but there is no SIP Pass:
or DMU MN Auth: option in my nam settings. So im stuck.. Is there a way to set these settings without using cdma workshop as i dont have that software.

The tutorial i followed i see is based for the blackberry 8330.. Can anyone steer me towards what i need to do with the bb 8130?

You will probably need CDMA WS 3.5.
But you can also try this tutorial from the Metro forum over at hofo [Only registered and activated users can see links]

Only the newer versions have the EVDO tab.

I was able to use qpst. It gave me a error stating the port had changed once i save the settings but it did save them.

Ok so wap/mms was working fine foe about 2 days now today when i try and send a mms or rec one it fails to download and when on the browser i get the error unable to connect to the internet any ideas? i have not changed or updated anything on the phone since i got it working.

When you use CDMA workshop to program the EVDO, do not use the old password for metropcs. Use the SPC/MSL code for the password.

It sounds to me like your settings on in your nam arent correct. To my knowledge you should be able to use any version of CDMA WS to edit these settings. If you are still stuck just PM one of us and we will be able to help you out. The procedure is the same for 8330 as it is for the 8130.

As with all devices that can be flashed to Metro PCS, I will post a tutorial for them. However you are going to need CDMA WS. The 100 bucks you are going to spend, you can make back by doing a few flashes for your friends. Give me a few days and I will make them sticky!
