Does anyone know how to transfer CDMA WS lisence key from one pc to another?

You will need to contact cdma-ware to and request it. You will provide them with the new Hardware ID from the new PC then they send you a new key. It actually works fairly smooth.
Just did it Friday when I purchased another users copy for a really good deal. Total time it took was around 13 hrs. One thing to remember is they will only transfer hardware ID once a month.

Ok so just open the Hardware ID prog and click get. copy that number and email it to cdma-ware? do they need username and password or anything like that?

But I imagine they at least need to know the username so they know who's account to associate it with.
