Gusto 3 now with 10 dollar credit and 2 monthes service

just got a gusto 3 last night and activated it and it came with free 10 dollar credit and 2 monthes of service.. i also noticed on walmart.com the 5 dollar data 500mb cards are no longer for sale... so apparently were back to 15 a month i take it? anyone know anyplace else to get the 5 dollar cards or are they discontinued?

i think you can get them at bestbuy.com still or i can generate them but they are 6 bucks and i can only do 100 of them a day which i use most of but i can do some here and there for some peeps.

peeps are going into stores and steeling meid's to get the credits before the devices are sold, smart move to put the meid on the outside of the box...not..
or they make runs of meid and use them that way, so you gotta call cs to get the credit then they will prob just blacklist the device for duplicate meid on the network.

yeh i always thought that was super dumb they put the meids on the box.. but i thought you cant activate those meids until they are activated during purchase at the register?

That is right, just got one yesterday from Walmart.

I order online and pickup in store for 2. Went pick them up, the people work their don't know what number to scan, I told her to scan the barcode above the MEID number but she won't listen. What a dumb? There are 1 lady at the pickup location, plus two assistant manager and 1 manager work on my pickup order for 45 minutes, wtf???? Finally they went to get the sale rep from Electronic dept. He came and scanned the bar code that I told them many time but the don't listen.

Some how the receipt show only 1 MEID number and the other one show only the Proof of Purchased number (I think because the manager overwrite it)

Take them home, try to activated the one that not show in the receipt, got the message to call Verizon for assistance.

those devices can be added before purchase, just not by calling cs or ota until they are added to the network from a dealer portal

I bought the gusto 3 from walmart as well, just don't know how to activate it with 10$ credit and 2 months service, only avaliable is verizon plan like $30, $45 etc.

any help is appreciated.

they do not offer the free $10 anymore, you can still get it with some device manipulation but they do not offer it anymore.
