Mifi 2200 throttled

Am I the only one experiencing .19 download and upload speeds or is this another *vzw update*

.20mbps max is the new throttle for devices flashed to Verizon pp that was set in last month . Last year the throttle was to .3mbps (at least in my area). I noticed that the new throttle kicks in within 10 days. Last year it was 2-3 wks before it kicked in

.2 limit can be achieved by doing several things such as, typo one of your data keys, typo one of your user names, if your account is flagged you will be at .2 but only for a few days before u are at 0.0 or if the data keys on your account get changed, if your device is stuck in download mode .2 is all you will see. i am sure there are other ways to fubar your authentication and achieve the .2 some are fixable some will require flash to new account.
