HTC has had a program in place for some time that provided its customers with one free device replacement in the event of a cracked screen within the first 12 months, but now the company has upped the ante and introduced an even better program. Dubbed “UH OH” (ugh) and set to launch alongside the new HTC One M9 in the coming weeks, the program provides users with one free replacement M9 in the event that they-crack a screen, drop the phone in water or even switch carriers within the first 12 months of purchase.
