Verizion Curve flashed to Cricket, add SB's, audio problem

Anyone ever see a curve with audio issues. I loaded service books to two curves that some one else had flashed to cricket. Now all calls sound like the main speaker is blown. I plan on doing a clean install, but if anyone has seen this and knows what to do, I would love any input. I will post anything I come up with to help anybody else that has this happen.
