that one you can do with lg download, with the 9900 dll just make sure its the 0.0.31.0 version and it works. flash it just like a chocholate or a voyager.

ive already googled it...i cant download anything from rapidshare and thats all that comes up.....i think ima give up

The ENV2 is the VX9100. You shouldn't need the generic for that at all since it is LG download. Put that Dll in C:\lgelectronics\lg download\models and then it should come up when you click on select DLL.

i do it with the 9900 and it works on many models bro.

run the installer and it will install the dll for lg download automatically..

this is the ct (china telecom) it will show 1.2 lab version but is the same as store version,meaning it has no phone setting tab and is useless for flashing it is a read only software.

It's there, you have to install STORE VERSION and then copy all the LAB VERSION items from the folder into and over write the files in your installed STORE VERSION directory.
