REAL SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS.
DOWNLOAD ONE OF THESE FILE IF YOU HAVE BB OS 4.2
JAD FILE [hide-thanks] [Only registered and activated users can see links] [/hide-thanks]
ALX AND COD'S[hide-thanks] [Only registered and activated users can see links] [/hide-thanks]
DOWNLOAD ONE OF THESE FILE IF YOU HAVE BB OS 5.0

IF YOU WANT TO USE THE JAD FILE INSTALLER
ADD TO T HE BB FOLDER WHERE YOU PLACED THE FILE AND RUN
THEN ALLOW PERMISSIONS

IF YOU WANT TO USEALX AND COD FILES
OPEN BB MANAGER
THEN APPLICATION LOADER
AND ADD THE ALX FILE FROM THE THE FOLDER YOU SAVED IT FROM
THEN CONTINUE TO CLICK NEXT
2) go to my documents --> other on the phone and start the trekbuddy.jar.
3) go to [hide-thanks] [Only registered and activated users can see links] [/hide-thanks]and scroll to the map you want
4) click preview map and check whether it is ok
5) click create create trekbuddy map in the preview window
6) save the *.tar and copy it in new created trekbuddy folder on your sd (for example Card:\trekbuddy\maps)
7) start the application on your phone and click the left button. go to settings --> basic --> Data Dir and type file:///Card/Trekbuddy/maps/
8) click ok and than opt. --> apply
9) click the left button --> load map --> Card/ --> treckbuddy/ --> maps/ --> your map.
10) click yes to set as default map
11) click the left button --> start and connect to your bt gps
12) if there is a connection the crosshair will move to your position.

IT TAKES A WHILE SOME EXPERIMENTING TO GET THE MAP THE WAY YOU WOULD WANT IT BUT BE PATIENT AND ENJOY
