:mad: I have a Motorola Droid fully flashed to cricket, and it was working perfectly .. Until today when it started rebooting continuously on its on.. Can someone please help me with this issue..

Funny I have one that started that about an Hr ago. If I figure out a solution to it I'll keep you posted. Other than reflashing.

i figured u would have to reflash the .sbf using RSD Lite and doin the cricket settings from scratch

yep i think the firm has become corrupt doue to bad value or if it was getting hot the next option would be discuss it wit to0 he is the droid expert

ToO said that it was the Autostart/root app, and that it was getting too hot.... He said to force close that and it should help, he also said that he has new files to fix this issue...

I loaded the SECcpu app to the phone...u can either buy it from the android store...or load it via adb commands...

after u load it...open it up and select Moto Droid Milestone as your device and it automatically configures how much MGHZ is being pushed out and will control the amount of power being pushed out..

Well I have confirmed that the overclock settings that I was using in the smokedglass rom was causing it.. I reinstalled the rom and selected the default 600mhz clock speed, and then installed setcpu and voila. no boot loops. As best just install a new kernel from [Only registered and activated users can see links] and it should run cooler and faster..
