Blackberry Storm 9530 Freeze on Uploading RAM Image

Hey guys,
i've fixed alot of blackberrys before but this one is giving me the run around. seeing if anyone here can give me some opinion, the blackberry was wiped and it shows Reload OS 507, it was wiped with JL CMDER. these are the things i have tried so far

-load the software through BBDM it freezes when it gets to Uploading RAM Image
-i have also tried to loader /nojvm after deleteing vendor.xml
-tried it with 3 different cables and 2 different computers
-tried to load it w/o battery then plugging in battery as it boots
-tried to rewipe with CrackUtil and reload OS through BBDM

none of these have helped, any other suggestions?

edit: o ya the phone also flashes the red power light 3 quick flash then 1 slow flash then 3 quick flash again once i tried to upload the OS.

I ve had that happen to a device with the same exact LED flash pattern. Ive come to the conclusion that your board in that phone is hosed! I was able to downgrade the device sucessfully, but when i upgraded the software that is what happen with no recovery.
