Blackberry MEP List/Database?

anyone have a list of all the MEP ID's for blackberry's? Ikeep finding the numbers, but none of the list come with the names of the phone model or the carrier. So I cant figure out which MEP ID goes with which phone, so I can plug them into my unlocker without having to deal with connecting it to a seperate reader program.

I found one online but it was like 400 bucks just for the database info.
