On Wednesday, the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook became official. As expected, the Galaxy Tab 4 Nook is nearly indistinguishable from Samsung’s original tablet, all the way down to the specifications. The tablet features a 7-inch-1280 x 800 OLED display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage and Android 4.4 KitKat.
