Per a few sources and my own experience, the HTC and Palm Devices have been released from the restricted list.

Have activated a couple of treos and a few HTC 6800s.

Just the older HTC's were affected but they all work now. Just need the Black Berries back and we will be good

New handsets are a JOKE. They are RIPPING people off with their Crummy Kyoceras. Virgin Mobile has better handsets then they do. Byod continues to rule on PPC because their own selection sucks so bad. And their refurbs are garbage. That's just the honest truth.
