Samsung R450 metro to cricket problem

What I've done:
Samsung emergency mode
Loaded Cricket Bin for it
Loads as if it was a cricket messenger but

This is what the screen says:
says seraching svc
CH:30600 (in the lower left hand corner)

In the Phone info Section I noticed it said : No PRL

I've loaded the 1015, and the 1039 and still gets that issue
I even wrote the esn well meid back to the phone thinking that may be an issue but it wasn't.

HOFO told me this:

Just flash the bin with PST.

After completed, dial 47*68#13580 then 073

After reboot, write the prl with PST and you should be fine.

I'll test it tomorrow and let you all know :)

yes, enter that code in, then just load prl after that, u have to enter code first, then prl, phone should restart after u enter code by the way
