Motorola Admiral Diag Port

Hi, Guys.
Does anyone know how to manually upload PRL into Motorola Admiral?

1. ##DIAG#, etc > Not works
2. BP Tools > Not exist
3. RSD CDMA General > Not recognizes
4. RSDConnected Production > Phone recognizes, but no "Phone Provisioning"
5. Radiocomm recognizes the phone, but i didn't found any PRL upload function.
6. PST 7.2.6 > Not recognizes > too old tool.

That phone does diag,i have flashed many of them,it has been a while since ive seen one,in the fastboot screen there should be a qc mode or flash mode,i think that fon was before bp tools was around.but i cant remember for sure if it was that or maybe try ##port#.wish i still had one,ill look at the office tomorrow and see if i can find one.
also hvsp will probably work like we used to do one droid1 but its a pain and very slow.
also look in the ##data# menu for it.
