I tried this but with no luck. Are those drivers good only for 64bits OS or they will work on 32 bits OS?
I'm asking that because on the name of the drivers there is this text as part of the name nvusbx64...

to make those changes you need to first set to nv only then reboot then change that value otherwise when you have it set to ruim it is set to lte with hdr fallback and the only way for you to change that is to root the device or to find a copy of lc11 sdk

in ws change it here

lc11 doesnt require anything special to change it,it is the only one like that.

LC-11 doesnt work that great in my area :-/. Data speeds fluctuate alot and sometimes freezes. The 4510 and 4620 are way better

if you guys want the best bang for your buck, get a zte 890L,it will run circles around any mifi you have.I highly recommend them

and I have the solution out for it already :)

I always set to automatic in mode pref for the mifis. Changed the LC11 from automatic to cdma_hdr and seems to be working a bit better. But the 890L is remote preflash as well? or just need the drivers to program? I think what most are worried is about the turnaround time to get mifis back. That's why its best to just make an appt with Tom and get it done remotely

890L is a remote or mail in load of the devices full firmware that unlocks the meid and has the beta version of dethrottle in it also, after the load the device can be programmed normally.we supply the drivers or they are on the web

Rich, I need a little expert advice. I seemed to have killed my lc11. I read that there was a way to fix the connectivity issues on this device. I did what it says on this link: How to Fix Samsung SCH-LC11 WiFi Disconnects : EVDOinfo.com ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

Well, lc11 rebooted. Now I cant connect to it at all! I factory reset it and still nothing. I had disabled usb mode so I cant even use dfs to rebuild it. :-/. I cant see it on my networks but it has a red x and when I click on it to connect it says: "The settings saved on this computer for the network do not match the requirements of the network." I changed the computer propeties to AES and still nothing

not sure what happened but sounds like u need to reload the device or at least reload the nv back to it so u need to connect to it via usb,go to "open network and sharing" on yer pc and then "manage wireless networks" then remove the device from there and then try to use the default login to connect to it,if u can then set usb and reload the software and or nv's

JaiFar1996

got it....looks like the issue is common to this device. Its all over google. dammit! Apparently tier 2 verizon said it was a security issue with this device.

How are you all doing the firmware update with the samsung update tool? i get the port but cant connect! it used to work

rich hathaway
10-21-2014, 10:18 AM
you enable the port thru "selectusbmode" in the device via wifi, did u do that?

JaiFar1996
10-21-2014, 05:01 PM
The fw update can be done via download mode. I used to get the lc11's out of the box and update them before I took any steps to flashing them. But now it doesn't work. The tool sees the port but when I click "start download" it says cannot open port

rich hathaway
10-22-2014, 12:11 PM
oh,thats probly because you have samsung kies installed or another program that is causing that port to be busy
