These have all worked for the Palm Pre, BB, Hero, and Samsung Moment to get full internet on Page Plus. Special thanks to younggunna23 for his helpful post on HoFo.
1) Read phone with Service Programming (QPST)
2) Under MIP tab set phone to SIMPLE IP behavior.

4)Enable and Edit Profile 2 this is where you input our settings

Home address: 0.0.0.0
Primary HA address: 255.255.255.255
Seconday HA address: 255.255.255.255
MN-HA SPI: 12C
MN-AAA SPI: 2
DMU Public Key ID: 10
DMU Mobile Authenticator: (empty)
HA Shared Secret: (empty)
AAA Shared Secret: (empty)
Active User Profile: 2 (this appears to reset to 0 after every write)
[Only registered and activated users can see links]
(repeat writes on this may be required for it to stick)
6) Go to ROAM tab, write your PRL..
Obviously, this is not a complete guide just the internet setup to get these phones correctly functioning on PP. With the BB, you will have to have a custom service book. There is a copy of one on HOFO.
