I have a Verizon 8330 that i want to flash to cricket.
I have the cricket PRL 1040. Cricket EVDO prl 1050.
I'll be using QPST to flash unless something is better is recommended.
I'm in the Austin Texas area and would like to know which PRL to use and if the qpst will work. I want to do a full flash.
This is my first attempt to flash a phone.
Any guidance will be helpful.:)

**Mod Edit**
**Thread moved to the correct sub forum**

I would not recommend to start off flashing with a BlackBerry, they are one of the more complicated to flash. For a full flash you will also need cricket service books.
There is a lot of information on this in the Flashing Black Berries to cricket section. ([Only registered and activated users can see links])

Also please review the posted rules and post in the correct area IE. "cricket". Next time your post will be deleted not moved.

I would recommend getting a CDMA Workshop to flash that blackberry. If you flash it with QPST it might mess up ur SPC

the cdma workshop is not for flashing .......you can write the prl, evdo find the spc.........nv edit and esn repair...........You can do a whole lot more with it than that. But any way let's not turn this into a CDMA WS thread guys. To the OP if you are serious about flashing a BB to cricket take a week do a lot of research, start off with what you will need programs, files, service books, etc. Also FYI cricket will be introducing the BlackBerry into their line up this summer.
