Recent weeks have brought an early glimpse at the device that most likely will end up as the Sony Xperia Z3, and the timing has led to plenty of speculation as to when we can expect the handset to officially launch. A newly leaked document suggests we could see the Z3 (as well as the Z3 Compact) on shelves before the end of this quarter.
