Samsung SM-N9005 - Need Help "Error SPC Not Found"

Hello guys i need a big help with this phone(Samsung Note 3 SM-N9005)i have buy on ebay last week.
When i connect phone to pc and try to work with DFS or other CDMA tools, i have always the same error "BAD SPC MODE" or "SPC NOT FOUND" or in some tools if i try to read MSL/SPC code the response is "-1".
I try with many tools to restore o rewrite the code but oblivious the response is always an SPC error.
The only way DFS read my phone is only setting "ignore spc".
So my question is: there is a way to rebuild,restore the SPC????

What carrier is your phone? I think it is GSM not CDMA phone.

You have the international version of the Note 3, which comes factory unlocked out of the box if I'm not mistaken.

as far as the SPC I don't know why you'd need it, in this case the MSL or SPC is 8 digits for Samsung GSM models, DFS, cdma workshop and other cdma tools will not be able to help you with that, are you trying to region unlock it? 4.4.2 is region locked now with samsungs, try using chainfires downloadable app to region unlock it, it might work, might not.
