The best way to stop illegal poachers is to give the people their gold/diamond/zinc/ mines back, and keep the land of the people out of the hands of the corporate interest. Most people dont want to be rich, they just want to feed their families. The governments are established through political coersion and influence by developed countries like Us, France, Russia, and they keep the people perpetually poor through non-allocation, and misallocation of resources away from people for corporate profit...neway...way off subject but. End corporate induced poverty, and it will drastically reduce poaching.
