Skype Adds Cortana to Windows Phone App

Windows Phone 8.1 users can now use voice commands to launch Skype conversations. The updated app also adds notifications to the Action Center, jumps from 19 languages to 51 languages, adds message editing, and improves fast-resume times when multitasking. Skype is free to download from the Windows Phone Store.
